Drawing inspiration from Ottoman heritage, this collection is a testament to timeless elegance, meticulously crafted in 18kt gold and adorned with exquisite stones. At the heart of the collection are motifs of stars and crescents, symbols of happiness and joy, that are artfully woven into each piece. The Cascading Crescent Necklace, for instance, embodies the essence of the Soraya collection with its Ottoman-inspired silhouette. Crafted with delicate filigree wirework, this 18kt gold beaded necklace features swaying stars and crescents, inscribed with the Arabic words “فرحة وسعادة” (Happiness and Joy), capturing the spirit of the collection in every detail.

Another highlight is the limited edition Crescent Chandelier Earrings, which showcase Azza Fahmy’s signature filigree craftsmanship. Spring is far more than just a changing of seasons; it’s a rebirth of the spirit

By Amiena Ally

Spring is the season of renewal and growth, offering a perfect opportunity to embrace holistic health and wellness. As nature awakens from the dormancy of winter, so too can we rejuvenate our bodies, minds, and spirits. Holistic health emphasizes the interconnectedness of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Spring provides a natural backdrop to foster this balance.

The Physical Renewal of spring

Spring’s warmer weather and longer days invite us to engage in outdoor activities, which can significantly enhance physical health. Activities such as walking, jogging, cycling, and gardening not only improve cardiovascular health but also increase exposure to sunlight. Sunlight is a natural source of vitamin D, essential for bone health, immune function, and mood regulation. The more time we spend outside, our bodies adjust to the natural rhythms of the season, promoting better sleep patterns and energy levels.

Mental and emotional rejuvenation

Spring is also a time for mental and emotional rejuvenation. The sight of blooming flowers, the sound of birds singing, and the feel of a gentle breeze can have a profound impact on our mood and mental state. Nature’s beauty and vibrancy can lift spirits, reduce stress, and foster a sense of peace and contentment. Practices such as mindfulness and meditation can be particularly beneficial during this season. Mindfulness involves being present in the moment and fully experiencing our surroundings, while meditation allows us to quiet our minds and find inner calm. Engaging in these practices outdoors can enhance their effects, as the natural environment promotes relaxation and a deeper connection to the world around us.

Access BARS Therapy

The BARS, or having your “BARS Run,” is an energy healing practice using the 32 unique energy points located on the head. These 32 unique energy points correlate to different aspects and areas of life, such as thoughts, ideas, decisions, attitudes, and beliefs. By lightly touching these points, the process begins to release the polarity of our thoughts, feelings, emotions, and considerations stored in the brain. It allows the brainwaves to create more meaningful thoughts, feelings, ideas, and habits, hence producing lightness and clarity. This brings the body and mind back into line and harmony with each other. Access Bars is completely safe as it’s non-invasive and doesn’t pose any adverse events. Anyone can benefit from it regardless of their age, gender, or health condition, especially those who suffer from mental and emotional issues.

Cosmetic Acupuncture

For those looking for a more natural approach to beauty and skincare. Facial or cosmetic acupuncture targets the signs of a busy, stressful lifestyle that is reflected on our face and in our complexion. It has been shown to treat many aesthetic skin conditions, including fine lines and wrinkles, dullness, and inflammation. Giving the face a more youthful appearance and bringing out the beauty within. The acupuncture needles stimulate collagen production, which helps tighten and lift the skin. In addition, the needles can help improve circulation and promote cell regeneration, giving the skin a healthy glow. Typically, after a complete treatment course (usually around 8-10 sessions), clients may start to see noticeable improvements. The initial course of treatment might show results that last several months, and with maintenance sessions, you can potentially extend these benefits even longer. Especially when complemented with a healthy lifestyle and proper skin care routine.

Conclusion

Spring is a season of renewal, offering countless opportunities to embrace holistic health and wellness. By connecting with nature, nurturing our bodies, calming our minds, and fostering spiritual growth, we can achieve a harmonious balance that supports overall well-being. As we align ourselves with the rhythms of spring, we can experience a profound sense of rejuvenation and vitality that carries us through the year.

Limpho Aishah Letlala – A woman’s journey of Grace and Renewal

Cover Story

By Farah Sheik

Limpho Aishah Letlala’s story is heart-wrenching, inspiring and is about both the power of kindness as well as transformation. A Sotho businesswoman and mother of three boys, Aishah has experienced both the highest peaks of success and the lowest valleys of despair, coming out not only stronger but also more committed to spreading kindness and hope. Aishah’s ability to rise from the ashes of her former life is rooted in her unwavering belief that with hardship comes ease—a belief that guided her through the darkest periods. She has rebuilt her life by understanding the seasons of her journey, embracing the lessons each brought, and using them to heal and grow. She is currently the founder of Nyota Holdings Group and the visionary behind the campaign “Find Your Orange.” Aishah’s entrepreneurial spirit sparked early, her mother being a fashion designer. For her, business is in her blood and is a legacy she carries forward with pride. This passion for entrepreneurship and fashion led her to create Nyota Collection.

However, Aishah’s trek through life was far from smooth. After reaching the point of her life where her business was thriving, and her personal life seemed secure, everything came crashing down. In 2018, her world unraveled. She lost her business, her marriage fell apart, and she found herself in a monetary crisis, moving her children to a new place with nothing but what could fit in her boot. The woman who had once been successful was now struggling to provide for her children, unsure of where their next meal would come from. In an exclusive interview with Covered Magazine, Aishah opens up to us about her journey, the struggles she faced, and how she rediscovered her faith and purpose through kindness and the mercy of Allah (God). And this is what she had to say…

Q: What happened during the period when you fell into despair?

A: That period was the darkest of my life. Losing everything, my marriage, feeling isolated, and the added grief of losing my grandfather. I was raised mostly by my grandparents, so my grandfather’s death was such a blow, and I was also still recovering from my grandmother’s passing a year before. This time was even harder because of the COVID restrictions. I could not even be there when his health deteriorated. That contributed to my path of self-destruction. As the firstborn daughter and first granddaughter, we often carry so much weight that is not even ours to carry. So, like with everything else, I just shelved the hurt and the pain. Then, when I thought things were getting better, I suffered a mild stroke and lost a major contract, which sent me back into a deep depression and debt. I felt betrayed by my faith, questioning why, after all my devotion, I was facing such intense suffering. I also turned to alcohol to escape, to numb the pain that felt like it would never end. But intruth, it was a cry for help, a sign that I was lost and did not know how to find my way back.

Q: How did you manage to continue to support your children during all those tough times?

A: The helpers that Allah brought helped me financially to support them—the kind people who helped us and supported us. I am grateful for my siblings as my brother and his wife took care of us. Emotionally, my three boys were my strength. Seeing the fear and worry in my children’s eyes during that time broke my heart, but it also reminded me of the verse, “Verily with hardship comes ease.” Even though I could not yet see the ease, I held onto the belief that Allah’s love was still there, constant, and unwavering, even in my silence. They were also the most grateful kids, even when I had to take them out of school, or we moved to a smaller place. They were always telling me what a great mum I am. Most times, as parents, we do not realise how much we need our children even more than they do. They were and still are one of my reasons for giving it my all.

Q: Can you share how you navigated through this challenging time and what eventually helped you to move forward?

A: What eventually helped me move forward was realising that even in my silence, Allah had not abandoned me. The mercy of Allah, the support of kind strangers, and the love of my children gradually brought me back to life. It was a long journey, but it taught me that faith is about holding on even when you want to let go. I had to relearn the relationship I had with my Creator during that time and not make it a transactional one, because even when I was not praying to Allah and was full of anger towards Him, He remained there for me. I realised that even when I changed, Allah was always the same. So, I cannot stop thanking Allah for my life, and I do not sanitise what Allah did for me.

Q: How did understanding life’s seasons help you?

A: When life gets hard, we tend to forget that nothing lasts forever. I only recently, during my healing journey, began learning about seasons in my personal life and business. I realised that I could only accept that season of my life and grow from it through trusting Allah. Only in being content was I able to understand the meaning in that season. At the time, I thought I was dying, but then I learned about the pruning of the Winter season, so that was the season I was in.

By the time she turned 40, Aishah had come to terms with both the good and the bad that life had thrown at her. She celebrated the person she had become. It was during this time that she launched “Find Your Orange,” a campaign that encourages people to perform acts of kindness and recognise those who bring light into others’ lives. For Aishah, it was kindness that kept her alive during her darkest days, reminding her of Allah’s mercy. Aishah’s belief in second chances extended to her personal life as well. After four years of divorce, she and her husband found their way back to each other, beginning a journey of healing together. Today, she is grateful not only for the reconciliation but also for the love and stability it brings to their children.

Q: What finally inspired you to start Find Your Orange?

A: Kindness, and reminding humanity that kindness brings hope to lost souls. Kindness has gotten me to a place I never imagined being in; kindness kept me alive when we had nothing, and when strangers showed me kindness. So, I encourage people to be an orange in someone’s life because orange is the colour of liberation from the pain of hurtful love and insecurity.

Q: What is the story behind how you and your husband found your way back to each other?

A: It was believing in second chances and looking back at the good things he did. It was also realising my part in the divorce. Looking back, if I were the healed version of myself that I am now, we would have navigated the storms better. I also realised how much my boys missed their dad because he is a wonderful father. I could not trade him for anyone else.

Q: What advice would you give to people who are going through something similar?

A: Have faith, hope, courage, and love. Just because your story is messy does not mean it has to end up messy. When God restores you, you will not even remember what you lost.

Aishah’s story tells us that even when life strips everything away from us, it is still possible for it to get better against all odds, and to find purpose and contentment in the most unexpected places. Her journey from darkness to light, from despair to hope, offers a beautiful inspiration for anyone facing their own battles. No matter how dark the night, the dawn will eventually come. Her story is survival; it is about thriving against all odds. Through her campaign, Find Your Orange, she continues to inspire others to find liberation through acts of kindness, just as she found her way back to life, faith, and love.

Embracing Modesty with Style: The Story of Mozar Designs

Mozar Designs, founded by Husnaa Variawa, stands out as a symbol of elegance and modesty in the fashion world. The brand’s roots trace back to Husnaa’s childhood, where she fondly recalls playing dress-up with her mother’s hijabs. At just nine years old, a moment of perfect coordination between a denim skirt, brown top, and hijab inspired her to wear the hijab full-time—a commitment she has honored for over a decade.

Husnaa’s mission with Mozar Designs is clear: to prove that modesty and beauty can coexist. “Hijab is our identity as Muslims, and I view it as a noble representation of our faith,” she explains. Through her designs, she aims to share the beauty of Islam and invite both Muslims and non-Muslims to appreciate the elegance of the hijab.

She acknowledges that while some may find wearing the hijab easy, others may struggle. “If you’re finding it challenging and still make the effort to wear it, Allah sees your determination,” she says. Her message is one of encouragement: “Never underestimate any good deed, for Allah recognizes all efforts.”

Starting Mozar Designs at just 18, Husnaa attributes her success to Allah’s blessings. The brand has evolved into a versatile collection of hijabs suitable for various occasions, from daily wear to special events. Each design reflects Husnaa’s vision of combining style with modesty, ensuring that every Muslimah can find a hijab that fits her personal taste and lifestyle.

Mozar Designs offers a range of stylish options, from formal functions to casual outings and even beach days. Husnaa’s innovative approach transforms the hijab into a chic accessory for any setting, promoting the idea that modesty can be both fashionable and empowering.

As Husnaa continues her journey with Mozar Designs, she prays for barakah and success for all businesses. Her goal extends beyond her own brand, hoping to inspire more Muslimahs to embrace the hijab with pride and confidence.

Through every design, Husnaa celebrates the timeless elegance of hijab. Mozar Designs invites everyone to see modesty not just as a tradition but as a beautiful, stylish choice.

The Dark Side Of Desire

A Pornography Crisis

By Ridwana Jooma, Coach specializing in Menopause, Women’s Sexuality, Relationships, Divorce, and Islamic Psycho / Spiritual Development.

In today’s world, where challenges for women abound, the journey through life often intersects with struggles that can feel overwhelming. As a coach dedicated to supporting women through menopause, exploring their sexuality, navigating relationships, and managing the emotional turmoil of divorce, I’ve encountered many issues that touch the very core of what it means to be a woman. But there is one topic, hidden in the shadows, that deserves to be brought to  light—the pandemic of pornography addiction.

A Silent Crisis in Relationships

Pornography has quietly but profoundly permeated our society. It’s everywhere, accessible at the touch of a button, often starting at a disturbingly young age. As a coach, I have witnessed first-hand the devastating effects this addiction has on marriages and families. For too long, this issue has remained unspoken, especially within our more modest communities, where the sanctity of marriage and the sacredness of intimacy are held in the highest regard. But silence only fuels the problem. It is time we addressed this crisis head-on.

The Sacredness of Marital Intimacy

In the bond of marriage, the act of intimacy between husband and wife is more than just a physical connection—it is a spiritual union. For a woman, feeling safe, cherished, and respected is essential to expressing her true self in this sacred space. When this sense of security is compromised, particularly by something as insidious as pornography, the consequences can be devastating.

Consider the story of a client, a devoted wife and mother of four, who distraught in tears shared her plight with me. “We’ve been married for seven years, and everything seemed fine,” she began. “But recently, my husband’s behavior changed. He asked me to watch pornography with him, and then demanded I perform what we saw. I felt so dirty and ashamed, especially as a Muslim woman. I don’t even recognize myself anymore. He doesn’t seem to love or respect me. I’m terrified my marriage will end.”

Her story is not unique. Another client, married for just three months, related to me, feeling deflated and rejected. “I thought I was marrying my friend,” she said. “But I’ve realized he can only be intimate with me after watching porn. I caught him doing it secretly, and now he’s starting to become aggressive. I’m depressed. I’ve just gotten married, and I don’t know what to do.”

The Widespread Impact of Pornography

These stories are a stark reminder of the widespread impact pornography can have on women, families, and society at large. What starts as a seemingly harmless indulgence can quickly spiral into an addiction that distorts perceptions of love, intimacy, and respect. The most common effects include depression, low self-esteem, an unhealthy sexual identity, and a dangerous normalization of sexual abuse and interpersonal violence. It encourages infidelity and breaks the sanctity of relationships.

As a coach, I firmly believe that no amount of pornography is healthy or acceptable. Its long-term effects are too devastating to ignore.

A Call to Action: Breaking the Silence

The first step in combating this issue is to stop pretending it doesn’t exist. Pornography addiction should be addressed openly in schools, religious institutions, and most importantly, within our homes. It’s a topic that demands our attention and our voice.

For mothers, there is a particular responsibility. We must recognize that our children are exposed to these harmful influences at an increasingly young age. In my own experience as a mother to a teenage son, I’ve made it a point to talk about sex and the dangers of pornography openly and honestly since he was just seven years old. By normalizing these conversations, we remove the secrecy and the allure that often accompanies forbidden topics.

Creating an environment where no subject is taboo is crucial. Our children need to know that they can come to us with anything, without fear of judgment. The more we speak openly, the less power this hidden crisis will have over our lives.

Conclusion

Pornography addiction is a pandemic and is a destructive force that is tearing apart marriages and undermining the well-being of women across the globe. By addressing it with the seriousness it deserves, we can begin to heal the wounds it has caused. Let us start by talking—honestly, openly, and with compassion—for the sake of our families, our communities, and ourselves. If you are a woman struggling with this issue, please feel free to reach out to me, Ridwana Jooma, at Being a Woman by emailing ridwana@beingawoman.co.za. Together, we can find the support and solutions you need.

An inspiring story

Once an Enemy now in Love with Islam

By Farah Sheik

Being a woman who once looked to destroy Islam, Shariffa A. Carlo’s story in finding Islam is a deeply personal one. Being a dynamic and multifaceted revert Muslimah, she is now extremely passionate about calling people towards Islam. With degrees in International Relations, English, Composition & Rhetoric, as well as an Ijaza (Islamic certification) in General Islamic Topics from Sheikh Ghassan Al Barqawi, Shariffa brings to the table much experience, both academically and through her own life. She is, in her own words, a “professional student,” forever in the pursuit of learning.

Shariffa’s first introduction to Islam was not through curiosity or admiration; it was because of her opposition towards it. She initially set out to learn about Islam with the intention of destroying it. She, at the time, was extensively involved with a group that looked to pull women away from Islam. She believed that she was on a mission to save women from what she perceived as oppression. “I thought I was going to be saving people,” she recalls. “I was very misinformed about what Islam truly was.”

But as she delved deeper into the teachings of the Qur’an and authentic Hadith, her perspective began to shift. Instead of finding a religion filled even further with contradictions, oppression, and injustice, Shariffa discovered a faith that was logical, coherent, and beautiful.

“I fought this at the start because I did not want to change. I did not want to lose my Dunyah (worldly life). But every time I studied religion to see what the truth may be, I kept coming back to Islam,” she reflects. “There is a dedicated plan around the world to make people think that Islam is a bad religion.” Her intentions morphed from wanting to dismantle Islam to seeking the truth. This search for truth led her to fully embrace Islam.

As a Daiya (a person who calls one to Islam), Shariffa has dedicated her life to spreading the message of Islam. She practices the teaching that calling one to Islam is not about forcing or preaching, but that it is about educating. She is passionate about ensuring that Muslims and non-Muslims alike understand what Islam really is. Her mission is to combat the widespread misinformation about Islam and to help others—regardless of whether they embrace the faith—understand its true teachings. “I want to be someone who shows the truth to the people, even if they don’t become Muslim,” she says.

Shariffa states that many misconceptions about Islam stem from a lack of knowledge, which is unfortunately both among Muslims and non-Muslims. Today, she focuses on giving people the space to explore and understand Islam on their own terms. “We must be patient and give people a chance to find Islam on their own without trying to force them. I can tell you something many times, but until you read it for yourself, and you see the actual evidence for yourself, it will be harder for you to accept it.”

Shariffa also says that a deeper understanding of Islamic teachings can help Muslims strengthen their faith. This, she argues, is important today, when cultural practices often become conflated with religion and Islam, leading to confusion and misguidance.

“It is essential for anybody talking to people about Islam to also read other things like science, sociology, and history. We need to try to put our faith together with our knowledge. It makes our faith stronger because if you understand the psychological and physiological reasons for things, for example, wearing a hijab, and if you understand how males and females interact with each other and how in the Qur’an it is mentioned that is not just a matter of committing adultery, but a matter of not coming near to it.

“Of course, you should hear and obey, but at the same time your obedience becomes better when you understand the reasons. So many Muslims do not understand Islam, that when somebody questions them, their faith wavers because they do not have enough of a foundation to able to fight against that. So, the biggest problem we have today is education.”

The distinction between Islam and cultural practices, is another topic that Shariffa is passionate about. She is concerned about how cultural traditions, some of which are contrary to Islamic teachings, have been adopted by Muslims and mistakenly believed to be part of the religion. For example, she points out the practice of honour killings and the biased treatment of men versus women, all which have no basis in Islam.

“These are all cultural matters. It has nothing to do with Islam,” she asserts. “When a man commits adultery or fornication, nothing happens. But if a woman does the same, it is different, and this is not Islam. And it is not Islam to believe that when a man does something it is better, even when it is wrong. A sin for a man and a sin for a woman in Islam is the same. This is extremely dangerous because culture should never be stronger than your motivation towards Islam. There are many things that people connect to Islam but is not actually Islam.”

Through her lectures, writings, and personal interactions, Shariffa Carlo continues to inspire change in the lives of those she touches. Shariffa finds immense fulfilment in seeing people embrace Islam or renew their commitment to their faith. Her most memorable moments are when she reconnects with someone she had been advising and learns that they have embraced Islam. “Every single person that became Muslim as a result of something that I said or did is amazing to me,” she says with gratitude. “There are also many times I am giving lectures and the end of the lecture somebody will come up and say I have not prayed, and I am going to start praying, or I am not wearing the Hijab, and I am going to start wearing the Hijab. They come back to Islam.”

Today, Shariffa Carlo uses her experiences and deep understanding of Islam to guide others on their own journeys of faith, containing her relentless pursuit of the truth. Her lectures, both online and in person, cover a wide range of topics, such as strengthening the heart, pursuing knowledge, and being a Muslim woman. But her goal is always the same: to guide others towards a deeper understanding of Islam and to help them see the beauty and logic within it.

Redefined Style

Spring CHic

By Nazeefa Bhamjee

As the chill of winter recedes and the first hints of warmth touch the air, the fashion world begins its reinvention. With freshness and vibrancy, this season’s modest fashion blends elegance with the cheerful spirit of spring. So modest girlies, let us explore the puffs and pastels that are going to be singing from their rails as you draw your closet doors open this spring.

A fashion trend working in our modest girl favour this season is definitely the flowing flair. These flows include timeless pieces that will enter and remain statements in your closet for many seasons to come. As you are scanning those aisles, keep a lookout for some flowing pants, high-waist skirts, and airy dresses. But focus your buys on colours that will give you longevity. Black is always a safe option, as it exudes elegance, slim-fits, and elongates the frame, however, dare yourself to try on those pastel hues too. You might be pleasantly surprised at the grace it emits.

Our modest collections are of royal origins, and we all know royalty is a forever trend! So anchor your eyes towards those high collars and puff sleeves. These will assert elegance and modesty to elevate your style. High-collar shirts and dresses will give you neck coverage, leaving more play with trendy hijab styles and the ever-so-gracile turban. If you are approaching a street style or more high-end look of the day, puff sleeves could either give you the edge to pull your outfit together or glorify your style with a more chic edge.

We know too well how our spring breaths quickly circle into scorching heaves. This could definitely taint our modest attire and leave a heaving heart on how to continue our modest journey through the season. So how do we do this, ladies?

Even from the materials we choose to adorn our sacred bodies with embody the essence of modesty. While layering and wearing bulky materials proves useful for our modest style through the more chilly seasons, an apt eye for softer materials is all that is needed to remain chic in modesty through the waves of sunshine too. Hasten your search for those luxurious silks, cottons, and linens. These staple pieces add a life-long span to your closet timeline, so do not be afraid to splurge a little on statement pieces of pristine quality.

Your timeless chic collection should always be centred with the thought ‘looser is better’. I always reach for those loose fits at every occasion because the pros are simply too profound in creating prime looks. Loose fits are airy during the warmer seasons and allow for the perfect range of layering during the frosty weather. And let’s face it, ladies, these loose fits really flatter our sometimes fluctuating forms whilst leaving us feeling confident in our stance regardless.

A final touch before winking farewell to your fashion mirror is crucial. Ask yourself, what statement am I making today?

Your statement commends your outfit. Too many could derange your style, while omission could give off a more common aura. Take heed of accessory trends that your outfit is calling for. This could be a bold hijab, a killer stiletto, a pair of trendy kicks, that designer bag, a waist-snatching belt, or a set of jewellery. Simplicity is the key to elegance, and simplifying your statement piece will most certainly draw a sharp edge to your style.

As we are counting our wins this spring, here is another to add to the list: the effortless hijab. Browse through your timelines, modest girlies, because our sisters have got us covered. The hijab is presently trending in its most simple form. Chiffons and modals are breaking boarders with flowing tresses and the classic Arabian drape. These hijab styles complement our modest fashion world of elegance and simplicity.

As winter draws its end, I hope you find the spring to your step with all these modest girl affairs. May this spring exude the confidence from all our modest wardrobes like never before. Until next time, strike your modest style.

Finding Light in the Darkness: The Inspiring Journey of Dr. Shayna Abu Shah

Book Review: Emotional Health: An Islamic Perspective

By Yesmien KT

Emotional Health: An Islamic Perspective, is a remarkable book that masterfully intertwines logical insights with Islamic teachings to address mental health and personal growth. The author, Umm Muhammed, has crafted a guide that not only provides practical tools for daily life but also offers profound reflections rooted in the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

As someone deeply interested in the mind and mental health, I approached this book with great anticipation and was not disappointed. The chapters are thoughtfully written, each one inviting readers to delve deeply into their own lives and examine fundamental aspects of their emotional well-being. I particularly appreciated the chapter on handling anger—an emotion that, despite my efforts, I struggle with from time to time. The book’s approach to this common human experience is both enlightening and practical.

The inclusion of the Sunnah provides a unique perspective, making the content not only relevant but also spiritually enriching. It encourages readers to reflect on their own lives and incorporate the teachings of Islam into their emotional health practices.

Curious about the inspiration behind this profound work, I reached out to Sister Gadeeja Bint Omar, who graciously provided insight into Umm Muhammed’s motivation for writing the book. Her explanation further illuminated the depth of thought and devotion that went into creating this invaluable resource.

In summary, *Emotional Health: An Islamic Perspective* is a profound contribution to the field of mental health, offering a harmonious blend of Islamic principles and practical advice. It is a must-read for anyone seeking to enhance their emotional well-being while staying grounded in their faith.

What the author had to say,

You asked me a few questions behind the motivation for writing my books. Let me take you back to my book Silent Reflection, which is a compilation of poems I wrote.

In Silent Reflection (first book about poetry), I channelled a period of personal withdrawal from negativity into a journey of self-discovery through poetry. Surrounded by idle complaints, I realized the power of reflection over idle talk. This collection, rooted in Islamic principles, not only captures my gratitude but also invites readers to explore their own values and blessings through dedicated space for personal reflection.

Emotional Health: An Islamic Perspective (Second book) was born from my passion for dawah and community service. Integrating insights from psychology with Islamic teachings, this book aims to guide readers in self-reflection and personal growth. It encourages acknowledging personal flaws and drawing closer to Allah through understanding the Quran and Sunnah. The book is a testament to the transformative power of knowledge and humility, offering hope and guidance for those seeking to improve themselves and their relationships.

Both works reflect my journey towards greater awareness and are intended to serve as tools for ongoing self-improvement and spiritual development. May they benefit readers and serve as a continuous source of reflection and growth.
