Womb Cleansing Workshop Brings Healing and Hope to Women
Cape Town, 17 May 2025
The recent Womb Cleansing Workshop, hosted by wellness advocate and transformational facilitator Fadwa Booley, drew an overwhelming response from women seeking healing, connection, and practical tools for personal transformation.
Held on 17 May 2025, the workshop created a safe and empowering space for women to begin releasing stored trauma, reconnect with their bodies, and gain insight into their emotional well-being. The event featured guided exercises, including muscle testing and self-regulation techniques, equipping attendees with take-home practices to support their continued healing.
“It was always my dream to host an event that would impact women in a positive and healing way,” said Booley.
“The turnout on the day exceeded my expectations. It was heart-wrenching to witness how many women are silently carrying deep pain and trauma, often coping through alcohol or drugs in the absence of support. This workshop gave delegates hope — it was the beginning of their healing journey. The engagement, the tears, the breakthroughs — all were a testament to the power and necessity of this work.”
In a gesture of community upliftment, a portion of the proceeds from the workshop was donated to the Rinzs Foundation, supporting vulnerable households with much-needed food parcels.
This event marks a powerful step forward in the ongoing effort to provide women with accessible healing modalities and to shine a light on the importance of trauma-informed care.
